Why boot camps are better than personal training

My friend Steve Payne is a boot camp instructor in San Antonio, TX and recently we got together to talk about a few issues.  We discussed how boot camps allow a wide variety of age groups to workout together.  Steve has had as young as an 89 yr old woman within his classes!

We also discussed how he structures his workouts (which is pretty similar to mine) so that each person within his boot camp is able to push their own fitness limits to improve, yet still be in that group setting.

This information is great for any person who might feel that their age might be limiting them from starting an exercise program, especially a group program.  Hear how boot camps can accommodate all age and fitness levels at the same.
