About two weeks ago I went to the askRocco bootcamp at Ridgefield Memorial High School. Ive known who Rocco is for some time and this was a fundraising event for the school. Well I am always looking to learn new things to bring into my boot camps, so I decided to go.
Now this wasnt some fitness seminar where we sit and talk about stuff all day. This was an actual workout, which lasted about 40 minutes. Nothing but bodyweight exercises as well. Really there were only a few moves: lunges, mountain climbers, negative pushups, fire hydrants, leg circles, arm circles, and jumping jacks. Doesn’t sound to bad right?
Wrong. There was 0 rest during this workout. The people their fought hard and we accomplished the workout with a smile. Thats what a group setting workout does. It brings people together. The local news station was there and they ran a video on the class, so I thought you could see a little sneak peak as to what happened a few Saturdays ago. Enjoy.
