This is a bit of a bonus post for you since I am sure you all are listening to the call with Bob Garon today. If not then go check it out here. So I wanted you to see two examples of what an extremely quick workout could look like.
So why not two of them, one only 6 minutes and the other 5. In these videos I am using kettlebells and bodyweight, but you could substitute dumbells for kettlebells if you like. To measure my time I am using a gymboss interval timer. So check it out and enjoy.
