Most of the classes at GET FIT Boot Camps in Ramsey are 45 minutes in length. And most boot camps across the nation are one hour. But some of them are out there running only 30 minute sessions. Can you believe that? Sure you can if you’ve been to a boot camp out there, you know how tough they are.
Well Angie Schumacher of Fit Chick Express has it figured out. She runs women only boot camps in Colorado for 30 minute sessions. So I recently got Angie to tell us all how we can get a workout in in just 30 minutes. Additionally she provides a few pointers with workouts and nutrition. Enjoy.

I’ve always thought you needed to workout for about an hour and a half, interesting the kind of “normal” thoughts that get into our heads over the years.
